Metin Anıl Yiğit is a senior associate at Kabine Law Office. Mr. Yiğit focuses his practice on disputes and international transactions, supporting a broad range of high-profile domestic and international companies, most notably in the energy and construction sectors, retail and consumer goods. He assists clients in all stages of significant corporate transactions including project planning, due diligence, negotiation and closing phases as well as in day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues in Turkey. He also supports clients in a wide range of disputes in Turkey from the early stages of evolving conflicts until the enforcement of court decisions. He attends settlement negotiations to settle disputes and retrieve or protect his clients’ assets and represents his clients before the local courts in contentious commercial matters.
